About the Session

Did you know that I am also a birth & bereavement doula, certified through StillBirthday? As your doula, it is my job to be there with you every step of the way. I will be there for you during labor to help ease any physical and/or emotional pain and discomfort. It is not my job to take your partner's place, but to compliment them and help them in whatever they may need as well. I am here for you through this marathon of birth in any way that you need me. Services include: - 1 (1 hour) prenatal appointments - Labor & Delivery support - 1 (1 hour) postpartum appointments - On call for you from 37 weeks until birth - Fully available for any questions/concerns any time - Help with building a birth plan and preferences, etc Having a doula can help make your birth experience so much more positive and empowering. It is my goal as your doula to help you have the best experience possible, and to help you through any tough situations that may arise. Birth is unpredictable, but that doesn't mean you have to go into it with a blindfold on.
