Meet Naomi
Oh, heyyyy!
So, now that you're here, I'd like to give you an idea of who I am and what I'm all about...
- My high level of empathy is a blessing and a curse: I feel all the feelings, which can seem intense, but it also helps me connect with people in such a deeply beautiful way.
- I love a good spontaneous adventure...but I’m also 100% content staying at home reorganizing the closet.
- Don’t laugh, but I’ve always been drawn to survival skills. So, if there’s ever an apocalypse of any kind, I’m your girl...
- Sunflowers are basically the physical representation of how my heart feels on sunny (with a breeze) days.
- Babies bring me so much joy. They’re tiny and essentially helpless, yet they command our love and attention in such a way that we can’t help but be over the moon in love with them.
- I’m all about the simple things, and I’m in no way extravagant. I think the very word is offended when I say it.
- I rock that #momlife, breastmilk stained-shirt, hair perpetually in a bun, everything covered in dog hair life so hard that I should be embarrassed about it...but we are in too deep and just need to embrace it.
- Educate. Support. Repeat. Period.
- My life motto has always been to stick to what’s natural and simple. The older I get, the more I realize that I just don’t like to over complicate things. Life is hard enough sometimes!
- God has given me so much, so why shouldn’t I do the same for others? We could use a little more love out there.
- Lastly, I am also a certified StillBirthday birth & bereavement doula and a certified GentleBirth Childbirth Educator. I love all the birthy things...
