About the Session

Birth...it's a pretty unique event! Not one person (or baby) has the exact same experience, especially when you have so many options (hospital, homebirth, birth center, vaginal, c-section, medicated/unmedicated, you name it!) You may think that photographing your birth seems like an odd thing to do. It's so personal, so private. But, once you see the images that I'll capture of this beautiful moment in your life, you'll definitely change your mind. No matter how your birth pans out, whether it goes according to plan, or you encounter a few hiccups along the way, having these photos to remind you of this day(s) can be really beneficial. Think of it as an emotional boost. I promise, you'll want to remember the look on your face when you first see your newborn baby being placed on your chest. And don't worry, you have plenty of options for what kind of photos you want!
